Barbra Bied Sperling serves as the ATS Manager for Manager, Academic Web Application Design and Development at the CSU Chancellor’s Office, She has been with the CSU system for over 22 years. Prior to her current role as the Web Application Manager, she was the Technical Development Manager for MERLOT for 18 years. Barbra has extensive background experience in usability and web design. She and her team strive to develop accessible websites for the CSU Chancellors Office as well as other CSU campuses.
