• Describe insights and perspectives on the qualities and practices that define effective leadership in the context of educational technology.
• Describe how the DET/CHE Leadership Program fosters the growth and development of leaders in the educational technology sector.
• Increase motivation to engage with the DET/CHE Leadership Program, whether by joining as a participant or contributing as a speaker.
