John C. Ittelson Ph.D. is Professor Emeritus of Information Technology and Communication Design John was one of the founding faculty at California State University Monterey Bay, his areas of expertise include distance and online learning, multimedia development and ePortfolios for documenting learning. Dr. Ittelson received a Bachelor's degree in Radio-Television-Film, a Master's Degree in Educational Television, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Instructional Design from Northwestern University.
