About me
My journey began in 2000 at USF's Information Technology Services Help Desk helping to develop the department from scratch. I joined the Center for Instruction and Technology (CIT) in 2007 and became a Graphic Media Specialist. In 2017, I transitioned to Instructional Technology and Training where I became a Senior Instructional Technologist. I have supported technologies and services including Banner training, Zoom, Echo360, Panopto, digital storytelling, podcasting, Poll Everywhere, AI and HyFlex Event support. Through it all, my philosophy has been to be the human face to technology at USF.
